These are all the ideas we had about following the yellow part of the rainbow... 

Working together

Our job today was to write down all the animals that we know. We had to talk to our group about the animal and then write it. We did a great job at working together to spell things and taking turns. 

Enviro Award

We are the Power Rangers and today we got the Enviro Award for doing our job. Well done Room B. 

We follow the Rainbow!!

Sign Language Week

Did you know that there is another language in New Zeland?
It is New Zealand Sign Language. Mrs P came in and taught us some of the sign language that she uses for her job. We learnt to say 'my name is...' and 'good morning'. She showed us the alphabet but it was a bit tricky to remember all the letters. Even Mrs W had trouble!!
She even taught us how to sing 'Happy Birthday'!

Birthday Celebration

Today we had a birthday celebration for Mrs W's bithrday. Amber and her Mum made a very special cake for us all to share. Thank you so much!

We had to look very closely at the leaves so we could draw all the details.

Super learning in Room B

This week these super learners all got certificates for amazing learning and following the Rainbow.

Tornados and Hurricanes

We have been learning about the weather. Some wild weather that we have found out about are tornados and hurricanes. Tornados are like big funnels of wind and hurricanes are much larger storms.
