Welcome to our blog! We are a year 1 and 2 class at Manchester Street School in Feilding,
New Zealand.
We can't wait to share our learning with you all.
In maths at the moment we are learning about sorting things into sets and also creating graphs. So on Tuesday we sorted our colourful beans into their different colours and then graphed how many of each colour we had. Everyone had very different graphs. Here are some pictures of us sorting our beans.
Wow what an awesome time you all seem to be having. I came to see your school when Miss deBurgh was setting it all up and I was amazed at all the nice bright colours and interesting things you people have to help you learn. I am a Nana and in my days we did not have such neat stuff like you have. You enjoy your school and you have a lovely teacher, who is so happy to watch you all learn. Smile today at someone who looks sad and make them happy too.
